I went shopping this tuesday. perhaps you know the centro in oberhausen, it is a big mall next to my small town. so it is perfect for me ;) here you can see my beauty essentials for fall and late summer. yes, as you already guess: i am in fact addicted to nail polishes. i have about 50 different colours and these five hotties are my new ones. on monday, something really bad happened to me: my beauty case fell down to the floor and all my favorite eye shadows broke into thousands of tiny pieces. it was some kind of disaster for me, because there were only two shadows completly broken and of course, exactly these two, i normally use. so i had to buy some new and i decided to buy the express yourself - beige ballerina by manhattan. i am totally in love with these four colours, they are perfect! this cute bracelet is from h&m, i really like bracelets of all kinds because they are like my second passion next to nail polishes ;) and these two beauty brushes are for my rouge and my nude smokey eyes. tomorrow i will show you my new leather shorts and my loop scarf, promised!

go blonder... or not??

almost three weeks ago i have bought john frieda's 'go blonder' shampoo and conditioner and i promised to write something about this little experiment. so, as you can see on the left picture, my lengths are really blonde (and i am truly sorry for the mistake in the description :D shame on me). but they were already blonde when i started using these products because of my highlights. one can say that the two different shades of blonde i normally use to dye my hair are nearly the same now. both shades seem to be maybe a hint blonder than before but that could also be my imagination because i am desperately searching for something blonder on my head ;)
the right picture in this little collage shows my hairline. and as you can see it is still a really dark blonde. it is not a bit blonder than before! maybe the 'go blonder' spray that is only for the hairline would have made a better result but i doubt it.
in my opinion, these products do not make your hair blonder. maybe old highlights can be 'renewed' by this but maybe it is also because of the sunny weather we had the last couple of weeks. so, i will not buy any of these products again. they smell really well and they make your hair look healthy and shiny but seven or so euros for one shampoo is too much in my opinion. they are good for stressed and dyed hair for an intensive care package but i am pretty sure that there is another product that is cheaper and has the same effect.
maybe i will try the syoss products and the d&m's balea products as well to look if they have a comparable effect and if one of these products will truly make my hair go blonder i will surely blog about it ;)

john frieda conditioner and shampoo; alverde bronzing powder

hallo ihr lieben. momentan versuche ich ohne erneutes strähnchen färben etwas heller zu werden. dazu probier ich jetzt mal die 'sheer blonde - go blonder'-reihe von john frieda aus. conditioner und shampoo sollen die schon blonden haare stufenweise noch mehr aufhellen. da sind wir mal gespannt, ob das wirklich klappt. hat jemand schon positive erfahrungen mit der produktreihe gemacht? oder gar negative? ich auf jeden fall werde über meine erfolge berichten!

i try to get blonder hair without going to my hairstudio for new highlights. so, i'll try the 'sheer blonde - go blonder'-products from john frieda. the conditioner paired with the shampoo should make your blonde hair even blonder. i am very excited so see if that really works. has anybody already made some positive experience with these products? or even some negative? i'll of course blog about the results!

hallo ihr lieben. hier hab ich ein paar bilder von der glamour website mit hochsteckfrisuren, die ich recht schön finde. ich werde sie demnächst mal ausprobieren, um zu schauen, ob sie zu meinem rückenfreien kleid passen und ob ich sie alleine überhaupt so hinbekomme. das wochenende war ein einziger haufen an kurzen augenblicken mit meinen besten freunden und schönen parties. ich hoffe, das nächste wird genauso gut (: und wie ihr folgend seht, werde ich ab sofort auch immer wieder auf englisch posten, damit auch jeder meinen blog lesen kann.

here you can see some pictures taken from the german glamour website showing, in my opinion, some really nice party updos. i will try some of them to look if they fit with my backless gown and if i can do them on my own without any help. this weekend was like a buzz, full of great moments with my friends and nice parties. i hope the next one will be as good as this one (:

hallo ihr lieben. gestern habe ich ja eine vielzahl an fotos hochgeladen unter anderem, weil ich gerade mit hochsteckfrisuren experimentiere für meinen abiball. es sollte eine recht locker gesteckte frisur sein, etwas undone sozusagen. das gestrige war recht schnell gemacht. zuerst habe ich die vordere partie meiner haare locker nach hinten genommen und am oberkopf zu einer losen schnecke eingedreht und mit klemmen befestigt. das gleiche habe ich dann noch mit der partie hinter den ohren und der nackenpartie gemacht, bis ich drei kleine minidutts hintereinander hatte. anschließend habe ich noch ein paar strähnen herausgezuppelt, damit das ganze noch wuscheliger aussieht. also eine recht einfach gemachte aber schöne frisur wie ich finde. was sagt ihr dazu?
